Yichang Kaixiang Chemical Co., Ltd. was established in May, 2004. It is situated in scenery Yichang City in Hubei Province. After 18 years of unremitting efforts by all Kaixiang people, the company has grown into a green environmental protection manufacturing enterprise specializing in the production of high-quality phosphite and fine chemicals.
Since 2006, the company cooperates with Hubei Xingfa Chemicals Group deeply; And with huge investment, the modern environmental protection workshop of 20000 square meters has been constructed in Xiaoting Chemical Zone in Yichang city, which is equipped with international advanced production and testing equipment, the introduction of professional production technology. Phosphoric acid was put into production in the same year. In 2019, in response to the national call of "clear water and green mountains are gold and silver mountains", a wholly-owned subsidiary Yichang Chengkai Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. was established in Yichang Yidu Chemical Industrial Park. The new company is located in Sanbanhu Village, Zhicheng Town, Yichang City, with a registered capital of 20 million yuan. With an investment of 100 million yuan and the introduction of international advanced production technology, the intelligent factory of 25,000 square meters has been built. It has a series of intelligent factory systems such as perfect DCS fully automated production system, experimental detection system, environmental protection treatment system and storage system. The factory was successfully put into production in December 2021.
At present, the production base of the company has two high-quality phosphite production lines, of which the production capacity of Phosphoric acid by residue method is 10,000 tons/year, and the production capacity of Phosphoric acid by Phosphorus trichloride method is 3,000 tons/year. Supporting large storage, 900 tons of phosphite solution, 400 tons of phosphite trichloride solution and 2000 tons of phosphite finished products can be stored at the same time, to ensure the stability of supply for every customer.
